Player dispute resolution (ADR)

An independent technical view on player disputes about game outcomes and settlement.

Overview

Kenya's regulator expects operators to resolve player complaints internally before they reach the Authority. Some disputes turn on a technical question: did the game settle correctly, was the bet accepted, what happened when the connection dropped.

We review the game logs, transaction records and rules and give an independent, evidence-based finding that operators, players and regulators can rely on.

What we test

  • Game round and transaction logs
  • Settlement against the published rules
  • Behaviour at the time of disconnection or error
  • Bonus and wagering terms applied to the account

What you submit

  • Dispute summary from the operator
  • Game history, logs and transaction records
  • Rules and terms in force at the time

What you receive

  • Independent technical finding
  • Explanation suitable for the player and the regulator
