Overview
Kenya's Gambling Control Act 2025 licenses the full chain: operators, software and platform providers, and manufacturers and distributors of equipment. Each licence application needs technical evidence that the products and systems involved meet the rules.
We help operators, suppliers, aggregators and manufacturers work out which certificates an application needs, test and certify the products, and assemble the technical evidence for the regulator.
What we test
- Products and systems named in the licence application
- Gambling control system and central monitoring interface
- Security of the platform and its hosting
- Player protection and responsible gambling controls
What you submit
- Licence category and target regulator
- List of products, games and systems
- Existing certificates, where available
What you receive
- Certification plan for the application
- Certificates and reports for each product
- Technical evidence pack for the regulator
Timeline and pricing
Both depend on the scope of the product and the number of markets. We agree a fixed quote and a timeline at scoping, before any work starts, and you can follow progress throughout.
