1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, fairmetric.io and any pages under it (the “site”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Fairmetric Testlabs is a trading name of Gaminglabs International Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius (company number to be confirmed). In these documents, “Fairmetric”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Gaminglabs International Ltd, trading as Fairmetric Testlabs. You can contact us at hello@fairmetric.io.
2. What the site is for
The site describes Fairmetric's testing, inspection, certification and advisory services and lets you contact us. It is provided for general information only.
Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services, a test result, a certificate or professional advice. Any testing, inspection, certification or advisory work is carried out only under a separate written engagement agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, governs the work, the fees, confidentiality and liability.
3. Accreditation statements
Where the site refers to ISO/IEC standards or to accreditation, it describes the standards we are building to and the status of our applications. We do not claim to hold any accreditation or regulatory recognition until it has been granted, and we will publish each scope and certificate once it has.
4. Using the site
You may view, download and print pages for your own business purposes. You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or run automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site;
- copy, reproduce or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- present yourself as acting for Fairmetric, or suggest that Fairmetric has tested or certified a product when it has not.
5. Intellectual property
The Fairmetric name, logo, site design and text belong to us or our licensors. Photographs on the site are used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences and remain the property of their photographers. Standards referred to on the site, including ISO/IEC and GLI standards, belong to their respective publishers.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from errors, or that it will always be available. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including loss of profit, business, data or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
